Custom Order Policy

All products are custom-made, designed according to your selected themes, colors, and details. For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom items.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure:

  • Your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • Your size, theme, colors, and custom requests are accurate

  • You submit all required details clearly before production begins

Anchored Six:19 Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once a package is scanned and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.

  • Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Turnaround Time

Because each item is handcrafted:

  • Standard turnaround times vary by product

  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee

You will be notified if extra information is needed to complete your order.

Quality Concerns

If there is an issue caused on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review and address the concern appropriately.
